When you submit an enquiry or quote request through our website forms, we collect:

We also collect limited technical data automatically when you browse the site — such as your IP address, browser type and pages visited — but only where you have consented to analytics cookies (see Section 5).

We use the personal data you provide to:

• Respond to your enquiry or cleaning proposal request
• Provide and manage commercial cleaning contracts

Our lawful basis for processing enquiry data is legitimate interest (responding to business enquiries) and, where a cleaning contract is agreed, contractual necessity.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with trusted service providers, under contracts that require them to protect your data:

• Netlify, Inc. — hosts this website and processes form submissions on our behalf.
• Blueprint Marketing — our web development agency, who may access site data for maintenance and support purposes.

We use Google Tag Manager to manage analytics tags, Google Analytics (GA4) for traffic reporting, and Microsoft Clarity for anonymised usage insights. None of these are used for advertising.
